Coal Gasifiers Association of India is the registered society under the societies registration act of 1860. We operate in the area of “All India” under the registered office of the society situtated at New Delhi.

The Coal Gasifiers Association’s main objective is to promote, support and protect, by legitimate and constitutional means, the interests of the country and industry, which are investing in clean & green technology (spefic to coal gasification technology) in the coal sector for eco-friendly utilization of the fuel in India including the following.

To protect the interest of industry, which have been working on clean & green technology (such as coal gasification technology) or planning to invest in clean & green technology specific to coal gasification technology. A typical world-scale gasification facility needs huge investment & long-term commitment.

Therefore, it would require a proper policy framework, easy approvals and simplified tax regimes for which government support is required to make these projects viable.
