Dear esteemed members, I convey my hearty welcome to you all on the occasion of launching the website of the Coal Gasifiers Association of India (CGAI). As you are aware CGAI is actively pursuing activities aimed at promoting and sharing information, knowledge and developments in the field of coal gasification. This website would help us to connect with all of you and discuss issues that are important from your perspective.

The association strives to be the voice of all the members and take up issues with the concerned authorities and ministry of coal. The association is holding periodic meetings with the ministry of coal with the aim of making the coal mission of the government a successful initiative with larger participation of coal gasifiers’.

We would welcome your suggestions and more importantly active participation in the activities of the association. The association has already participated in a number of webinars, conferences and exhibitions. I would request all the members to keep surfing the website regularly, track the events that are shared on the website and participate.
